Viridescent Kitchen (VK) was created to help the North Texas community go green by offering plant-based food that is mostly gluten free. We also offer lattes and baked goods and an in-house vegan grocery store curated by Plant Based Grocery. Viridescent Kitchen is essentially the one-stop-shop for all of your vegan, gluten-free or whole food plant-based needs!

VK started out with multiple guest chefs and quickly joined forces with Brooke Ali of Noble Burgers + Bowls. VK’s mission is to support all vegan businesses and strives to promote their growth, because the more vegan food available, the easier it is to go and stay veg! Our menu now features the creations of Noble Burgers + Bowls, Sierra Valley Foods famous street tacos and coffee drinks by 5am Drip. Also, join our guest chef, Ish Vegan, for brunch every Sunday.

Follow us on social media for updates on our special events such as The Green Effect on Mondays, Double Loyalty Points on Wednesdays, Open Mic Night the last Friday of the month, our upcoming NYE GREEN GALA, cooking classes from One Great Vegan, fitness courses, live cooking demos, wine and cheese events, nutrition courses from local health professionals and much more.

Viridescent Kitchen is also proud to be women-owned and women built. Laura Thornthwaite, owner of The Simple Sprout, Brooke Ali of creator of Noble Burgers + Bowls and Gabrielle Reyes, chef and cooking show host, have joined forces to create a space where all are welcome.
